If you love the mountains and are looking for true comfort and quiet harmony with nature-this place is the best! We were so impressed with how modern and clean everything was, especially for being off the beaten path.
After hiking all day, it was so relieving to come back to such a comfortable place of respite and still maintain the serenity of being enveloped in nature.
Wish we didn’t have to leave!

The place is great & exactly what we were looking for. We were able to work from there without distractions during the day and able to see the Milky Way at night. It was a short drive to Fairplay for quick meal and maybe 30 mins to Breckenridge for more options. (Tho careful on the route google suggests - it’s a way bumpier road, best to go thru Fairplay)

This place was just what we were looking for to celebrate my husband’s birthday and also hike a 14er. The cabin was perfect for 2 it was very clean and peaceful. I would definitely stay at this property.

This is an amazing place with beautiful view, me and my wife will be back for sure, got to see moose’s and to hear the wolves in the morning howling away, it was such a beautiful place.

Great stay! Felt right at home. This home had everything you would need to make a stay feel comfortable. Loved all the extra touches for my dog as well! We also took advantage of the hot tub and fire pit. Would highly recommend.

Ginger’s place was so quaint, quiet, and relaxing. We appreciated being in a more secluded area, with stunning views of the sunrise and sunset, while still being within a minute drive to town. The place was small, but very clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the patio was very enjoyable, and the check in process was easy. Ginger is incredibly responsive and kind. We were missing olive oil and she quickly came by to drop some off (as well as a bonus bottle of wine!) and made sure we had enough propane to grill later than evening. The only drawback was the low water pressure (only in the kitchen) which wasn’t ideal to do dishes. However, it didn’t make our stay any less enjoyable. We will definitely be back. Thanks Ginger!

This is the most wonderful retreat! A clean stay and absolutely anything you might need. It was so peaceful being surrounded by nature. The decks provide a great place to rest for both sunrise and sunset. The hot tub was wonderful and there is even an air hockey table in the garage! A great stay all around.

When I set out looking for a BnB I only had a couple must haves. We wanted a view, we got it. I wanted a hot tub and that was fantastic and then three bedrooms that each had their own TV. The location didn't even factor in, we chose by the house and we are so glad we did. Not only was the house all that we wanted and needed but Fairplay is a great little town to vacation in. Everything you need is right there in town and it just a couple minutes drive. We saw wildlife, watched it snow in May and had the best relaxation we could've had. Thank you so much for everything. We had a great vacation!
